Drawing on both professional expertise and personal experience, I bring a unique blend of empathy, practical insight, and a deep understanding of human resilience. I create a warm, culturally sensitive, and client-centered space, with care tailored to your individual needs and values. My approach is strengths-based and integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and Motivational Interviewing.
Clinically, I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress management, grief, interpersonal relationships, and spirituality. As a certified Transitional Intelligence coach trained in the Modern Elder Academy’s (MEA) Navigating Transitions framework, I also support clients through research-based models that blends longevity science with intentional living practices. Whether through counseling or coaching, I work collaboratively with you to highlight your strengths, foster growth, and help you create a meaningful, fulfilling life.
As a lifelong learner, I earned a graduate certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School, and taught a course on mental health and mental illness as an adjunct faculty member at Boston College. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three adult children, reading, traveling, photography, and embracing new learning opportunities and experiences.
