Drawing on both my professional expertise and personal experience, I offer a unique blend of empathy, practical knowledge, and a deep understanding of human resilience. I create a warm, culturally sensitive, and client-centered therapeutic space, personalizing care to meet your needs and values. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices.
Clinically, I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress management, grief, interpersonal relationships, spirituality, and life transitions. As a certified coach trained in Modern Elder Academy’s (MEA) Navigating Transitions framework, I also support clients through a research-based model that combines longevity science with intentional living practices. Whether through counseling or coaching, I work collaboratively with clients to highlight their strengths, foster growth, and cultivate meaningful lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband and three adult children, reading, traveling, photography, and embracing opportunities to learn and try new things.
